What can I expect from A Nightmare on Strip Street?
From the producers of the hit show The Empire Strips Back comes a brand-new, hilarious twist on Hollywood horror. That's right, the scream queens take revenge in this burlesque bloodbath. It's a blockbuster live show, the hilarious adults-only killer experience that Minneapolis is craving!
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at The Hollywood Theater, 2815 Johnson St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418.
Is there parking available?
There is no designated parking area. Street parking and the Johnston Street Merchant Lot are both available and free!
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The performance will be held indoors.
At what time are doors opened to the theater?
Lobby doors generally open one hour prior to showtime, and the theater doors open a half hour before.
How long does the experience last?
90 minute runtime with one 15 minute intermission.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, strobe effects are used.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Unfortunately, photos and videos are not allowed during the performance.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, this is a seated theatrical experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there is a single stall ADA accessible restroom located on the main floor. Additional restrooms are located downstairs.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, there will be a selection of small bites and beverages available.
ACCESS
What happens if I arrive late?
Latecomers will be admitted to the venue upon arrival and seated at a convenient time during the performance based on the staff's discretion.
Is there an age requirement?
This show is for those 18+ years of age.
Is the venue accessible?
Everything on the main level is accessible. There are no elevators to access the mezzanine levels.
Are service dogs allowed?
Service animals are welcome at our event. Please note, the production involves loud noises, confined spaces, and haze which may affect them. We recommend ADA individuals to use our ADA/PMR seating for extra space and comfort for the service animal.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

Can I smoke or vape?
We are a non-smoking production. We request your cooperation in respecting this policy across all venues to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on the Fever App if they are still available. Performances often sell out in advance.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for A Nightmare on Strip Street can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
