What can I expect from A Nightmare on Strip Street?
From the producers of the hit show The Empire Strips Back comes a brand-new, hilarious twist on Hollywood horror. That's right, the scream queens take revenge in this burlesque bloodbath. It's a blockbuster live show, the hilarious adults-only Halloween experience that San Francisco is craving!
Where is the experience located?
The Great Star Theater is located at 636 Jackson St, between Kearny St and Grant St. We are conveniently only a block away from the Chinatown Muni station, a short walk from Market St's Montgomery St Bart station and halfway between the financial district and the Pier 39/Fisherman's Wharf tourist district.

Is there parking available?
Parking in Chinatown can be difficult, so give yourself extra time. We recommend parking at the nearby Portsmouth Square parking garage, which has a special evening rate when you park between 5pm and midnight. There are also other parking lots in Chinatown as well as limited street parking.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The performance will be held indoors.
At what time are doors opened to the theater?
Doors are set to open 30 minutes before the allotted show time of each show. At that time, you may enter and be seated on a first come first serve basis within your Zone. The earlier you arrive, the better your seats!
How long does the experience last?
90 minutes total with no intermission.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, strobe effects are used.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos and videos are not allowed during the performance.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated theatrical experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there are restrooms at the venue.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, we will have fresh popcorn and other snacks, as well as alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. For a more filling meal, check out the many amazing restaurants that Chinatown has to offer before joining us at the theater.

Do I need to wear a mask?
No, masks are not required. However, the experience will follow all requirements of city authorities, and mask requirements may change.
What happens if I arrive late?
Latecomers will be admitted to the venue upon arrival.
Is there an age requirement?
This show is for those 18+ years of age.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on the Fever App if they are still available. Performances often sell out in advance.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for A Nightmare on Strip Street in San Francisco can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play.
